The original firm founded in 1991 as the natural person ALEŠ ČERNÝ – ALIMAX. By the year 2007, functioned as independent subject with the focus on the road transport only. Since 2007, the rolling stock and firm activities expanding moved to the firm AC ALIMAX s.r.o.

Into the future, it will be complete jointed with our third firm AMC SERVIS s.r.o. and it terminated the natural person activity.
